Why I started this
I didn't start Nexsus from a startup playbook. I started it from the operations floor.
By day, I run operations at a bank — which means I spend my hours watching capable people lose their best time to manual, repetitive work: the same replies, the same follow-ups, the same data moved by hand. That cost isn't abstract to me. I see it every day.
Then I looked at Bangladesh's F-commerce sellers and saw the same problem, scaled down to one or two people doing everything — answering every Messenger and WhatsApp message by hand, chasing customers who never reply, eating the loss on fake COD orders, and burning out before the business can grow.
